All subscriptions are billed in advance at the indicated rate and schedule. All subscription charges and usage credits are non-refundable, non-redeemable, and non-transferable. Subscriptions are easily managed online on your User Information page. Subscriptions are intended for use by a single user (one session) at any given time, unless otherwise noted. Multiple user subscriptions, as well as custom packages, are available upon request.
You can quickly and easily check the status or cancel a subscription here. If you set up your subscription with PayPal, you can also cancel it from within your PayPal account (view instructions).
