DOBsearch.com currently provides interactive access to criminal offense data from 43 States. Many of these databases are Statewide files, but some States do not currently maintain or offer Statewide criminal offense files. In those cases, the data is collected at the County level. Not all counties may be available. The data is obtained from Administrative Offices of Courts (AOC), Departments of Public Safety (DPS), Departments of Correction (DOC), and specific Courts. Photographs ("mug shots") are available in some jurisdictions.

Records may include arrests, convictions, incarcerations, releases, court appearances, probation/parole activity, violations, felonies, misdemeanors, sex offenses, citations, traffic violations, and more. Also searches Federal Inmates for U.S. federal incarcerations from 1982 until present. Data coverage and availability vary by jurisdiction. See the criminal data coverage chart for details. Photographs ("mug shots") are provided where available. State & County search results are limited to 250 records. This search does not provide an official record and is not an indicator of guilt, innocence, or an assessment of character.
